If any of the products listed in the PDF above fail to comply with the warranty during the applicable coverage period, the purchaser may receive replacement and installation of the product free of charge from any authorized LLumar/CPFilms INC. installer in the United States or Canada, as specified in the warranty coverage. However, the remedies provided in this warranty are the only obligations of CPFilms Inc.

This warranty does not cover any damages or defects other than those specified above, nor does it cover fading. Dealers are not authorized to modify or extend the warranty coverage in any way, and this warranty is non-transferable and applicable only to the original purchaser.
To substantiate any warranty coverage, the authorized installer will require proof of purchase and a completed warranty registration card. In addition to the warranty coverage mentioned above, products covered under the Limited Warranty Coverage are also warranted against color change. The Lifetime Limited Warranty Coverage lasts for as long as the original purchaser retains ownership of the vehicle on which the product was originally installed.

The darkness of tint is measured by Visible Light Transmission percentage or VLT%. In Oklahoma, this amount refers to the percentage of visible light allowed in through the combination of the film and the window.
